Role Summary

Leading frontend delivery on OMS, sales channels, and shipment for 100+ tenants.

Promoted after two years of shipping core product surfaces — now setting frontend standards, running reviews, and growing the team on a high-volume logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run sprint planning, design reviews, and code reviews with product, backend, and QA to keep releases predictable.
  • Mentor junior engineers on standards and delivery — improving team output and code quality.

Application & Performance Engineering

Keep complex SaaS UIs fast as data volume and tenant count grow.

Real-Time & Multi-Tenant Systems

Live operational software where permissions and updates must be correct per tenant.

UI & Workflow Engineering

Interfaces for long, form-heavy workflows — not marketing pages.

Architecture & Delivery

Reusable frontend systems that speed up the team, not just one feature.

About

I grew into frontend by shipping in production.

  • Started at Omniful as an intern on a live logistics SaaS platform — now Associate Team Lead on OMS, sales channels, and shipment.
  • Came through Masai's full-stack program after a Civil Engineering degree; learned by building, not by collecting certificates.
  • Still ship side products end-to-end — auth, data, UI, deployment — because ownership doesn't stop at the employer ticket.

How I work

Ownership from problem to production.

  1. 01

    Define

Scope modules, data flows, and reuse boundaries before writing components.

  2. 02

    Build

Performance and maintainability first on screens people use all day.

  3. 03

    Validate

Measure load time, stability, and release quality — not just "looks done."

  4. 04

    Ship

Coordinate with product, backend, and QA so releases land predictably.

What I optimize for

What holds up when usage scales.

Open to

Frontend and product engineering roles where I can own meaningful product surface — especially SaaS, fintech, and operations software.
